Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all payments made to Asaas Foundation, including registrations for courses and events, memberships and donations.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK).

The amount will be charged when you complete the payment.

Asaas Foundation is a non-profit association. Our income is used exclusively for the association’s own activities and operations, including premises, teaching, courses, events and youth work.

3. Courses and Events

When you register for a course or event, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Since courses and events are held on a specific date, there is no right of withdrawal under Section 18(2)(12) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

If we cancel a course or event, you will receive a full refund.

If we move a course or event to a new date, you may choose to attend on the new date or receive a refund.

4. Recurring Payments

If you have chosen to make recurring payments, for example for a membership or recurring donation, the amount will be charged automatically at the interval you selected.

You can change or stop the recurring payment at any time directly through your payment solution.

If you stop the recurring payment, no further amounts will be charged from the next scheduled payment date.

5. Donations

A donation is voluntary and is made without any direct service or other consideration in return.

If you have donated the wrong amount or made a donation by mistake, you may contact us within 14 days at contact@asaasfoundation.com .

We will assess your request and refund the amount if the relevant conditions are met.

6. Personal Data

We only process the information necessary to manage your registration, membership or donation. This may include your name, contact details and payment amount.

Personal data is retained for as long as required under applicable bookkeeping legislation.

Your personal data is not shared with others except for our payment providers and accounting or bookkeeping providers, where necessary.

You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection rules.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency.

7. Accounting

Asaas Foundation keeps accounting records of all income and expenses.

The accounts are approved at the association’s general meeting.

8. Complaints

If you have any questions or complaints, you are always welcome to contact us at contact@asaasfoundation.com .

If we are unable to find a solution together, you may submit a complaint to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board system through Nævnenes Hus.

9. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Asaas Foundation may amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary.
